The skill underneath all of it is the same. You learn to pair with the tool at a level where it actually keeps up with your brain. Most people never get there. The ones who do move at a speed that doesn't make sense from the outside.
Claude Coaching is how you get there faster, with people who've already made the crossing — and are still pushing the edge themselves.
I spent the last two years building production software with Claude Code — not as a side project, but as my full-time work. Payments infrastructure. Legal tech platforms. Healthcare tools. Marketing systems. All shipped. All live. All generating revenue.
What I learned is that the gap between people who can use AI and people who can buildwith AI is enormous — and it's the most valuable skill gap I've ever seen. The people who close that gap first will build the next generation of companies.
I started Claude Coaching because I wanted to teach this the way I learned it: by building real things, in real time, with someone who's already done it. Not a course you watch. Not a Slack community you scroll. A working relationship where you ship something real and I'm in the chair next to you.

Ships production software with Claude Code on camera daily. Runs a venture studio of AI-native products across payments, legal tech, healthcare, and marketing.
Tiger has spent the last two years building more production software than most teams ship in a decade. His work spans stablecoin payments infrastructure, automated email systems, legal tech platforms, healthcare coordination tools, and the programmatic SEO engines that power his agency's client work. All of it built with Claude Code and a small team. He founded Claude Coaching to teach what he's learned about pairing with AI at the frontier — not the pre-recorded version, but the live, in-the-chair version. His students build real things with his direct guidance and ship them publicly.
The founding faculty is deliberately small. Tiger works directly with every student.
A few things we hold to.
Every decade or two, a window opens where the rules change. This is one. The people moving fastest aren't smarter. They're just not reasoning from the old model.
Experience used to be an advantage. Right now it's load. The ones moving fastest are the ones willing to stop reasoning from how things used to work.
Not complexity. Competence. A few patterns make you dangerous. The rest is practice.
Most people plateau at 2 or 3x productivity and mistake the doorstep for the destination. The peak is much higher than it looks from the door.
