How it works.
Pick what you're building.
First week is about clarity. You arrive with an idea. We sharpen it into something real — something shippable, something you actually want to build. If you don't have an idea yet, you'll leave week one with one.
Build in public with me.
Weekly live group calls, ninety minutes, recorded. Monthly 1:1. Daily Slack where I answer in voice memos, usually within hours. One live Claude Code pairing session where I review your repo on video, ask hard questions, and push you past the stuck spot. You build in your terminal. I'm in your pocket.
Ship and launch.
Final four weeks are about landing it. Going live. Getting your first users. Your first paying customer. Launch strategy, not launch theater — we focus on what actually moves people to click the button and pay.
I don't stop until you stop.
If you're doing the work and haven't shipped by the end of the cohort, we keep going. No extra charge. No time limit. I don't have students. I have builders I'm in the trenches with until the thing is live.
